1x Vintage Midcentury 1960s stylish industrial-looking designer desk by
Magpie Furniture down in Dorset who have been making office furniture systems
for architects and museums since the 1950s with its welded steel frame and pine wood
drawers painted light blue sides and plywood top
it has a Jean Prouve style with its simple practical design.
This desk with a matching plan chest in another listing now sold
see last photo of that chest this listing is for the desk only
both came from an Architects office in Edinburgh
the desk design size is 150cm wide 70cm depth 71.5cm high
kneehole space is 92cm wide 66cm high
its 3x drawers are 42cm wide 65cm depth 11.5cm high each
the desk is set as a right-sided desk but you can turn it to a
left-sided design desk by unbolting the blue sides and changing
over to the other side.
