Rare find Antique panelled desk, ebonised, painted Mahogany by Holland and Sons 
of London 1910-1936 age by King George V stamp ex Government desk.
 
1x Rare Vintage Antique desk by Royal Warrant cabinet makers 
Holland and Sons of Mount St, London, King George V stamped 
So, 1910 - 1936 age, solid mahogany construction with ebonised painted 
black finish and solid single plank mahogany top with 4 drawers and brass 
handles panelled sides and back could be used as shop counter or home office 
desk.
The size is 77cm high 96.5cm wide 60cm deep 
kneehole space is 70cm high 54cm wide 
drawers are 28.5cm wide 50cm deep 
heights 7.5cm high top next 10.5cm ,next 12.5cm next 15cm high base drawer
Its stamped GRV  underneath  and Holland and Sons Mount st, London  on one drawer. 
The desk came out of Garage so has some stains to the top from past use.
 
Holland and Sons cabinet makers made the decoration and furnishing of Osborne House, Sandringham House, Balmoral Castle, Windsor Castle and the apartments of the Prince and Princess of Wales at Marlborough House. Holland and Sons also executed over three hundred separate commissions for the British Government, including the Palace of Westminster
3rd Baronet at Luton Hoo, to name a few.
