    1 x Statement Antique Arts & Crafts Armchair in Oak with leatherette seat pad stylish arts and crafts frame with cutout motifs to the backrest made by Local Lincolnshire  cabinet maker 
    Curtis & Mawer of 40 Silver st Lincoln around 1893 -1902
    The chair is a great interior dressing piece with local history to Lincolnshire
    its size is 107cm high 56cm depth 57cm wide at armrests 48cm seat height
     
    great for any home office or shop space film prop.
     
    Condition report: Great usable condition for antique age its had an old repair of a flat head screw in 1x armrest  see photos otherwise great vintage chair.
